New Little Mill

The development was a redevelopment of grade 2 listed building which would incorporate new facades to a new 2 storey extension of this new city centre residential apartment facility.

Utilising System suppliers : Genius Facades Prime Rainscreen system, Knauf, Ejot, Bauder flat roofing systems.
Axis Bespoke in house fabricated architectural aluminium flashing details and copings.

The façades were of a unique nature with a vertical and horizontal feature beam detail compartmenting the rainscreen panels into an individual grid pattern.
Due to the project being a renovation, made for a difficult logistic build with a tight site and restricted access for deliveries and for installation.
